Refunds and Returns

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from thenobledandy.com, but if you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 28 days of delivery.

The information below explains how to request a return and details on returns standards, timescales, refunds, and issues arising from damaged or faulty items. If you require any further information not covered here, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form.

Returns And Exchanges

To initiate the return of your items please follow the steps below:

  1. Let us know your order number and what items you would like to return or exchange for another (size for example) by sending an email to [email protected].
  2. We will process your request for a return or exchange and in a short time will send you instructions.
  3. If you have received any bonus products together with your order, you have to return them in their original state together with the main product you are returning. Otherwise, we will consider it as a purchase and deduct the price of these items from the refunded amount.
  4. All items should be returned to us with new, unused, and all brand and security tags. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled, or otherwise altered and in less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Return shipping costs

The return shipping costs are covered by the customer or The Noble Dandy, depending on the reason for the return.

  • For defective products: this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. In those cases, The Noble Dandy will cover all return shipping costs.
  • For customer remorse: this happens when you have purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item. In those cases, you (customer) will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returning shoes

Creases on the uppers of the footwear and scratch marks on the leather soles are considered as signs of use, so please avoid creating them while trying shoes at home. Whilst trying on or deciding whether to keep shoes, please ensure the leather soles are protected by standing on a carpeted surface.

Late Returns

Returns received after 28 days from the date of initial delivery will not be accepted. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of The Noble Dandy.

Refunds

All successfully returned items will be credited excluding the initial shipping cost to the payment method used when placing the order. We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have authorized the refund.

For payments made by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account will depend upon the company that issued the card.

Please note, that items should not be returned to us without prior notice. All return requests should be submitted by sending us an email to [email protected]. Items returned to us without prior notification may not be refunded.

Colors

Every effort has been made to ensure the colors of each product are displayed as accurately as possible. Computer graphics and screens may vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color is completely accurate.

Shoe colors

Many of the shoes we sell are handmade, which might result in slight color variations between the actual pair you receive and the product photos. This does not indicate any inaccuracies, but rather adds to the unique charm of each pair.

Cancellations

Your order can be canceled before it’s dispatched. Please, send us an email to [email protected] and let us know, which order you want to cancel.
