We ship orders using a variety of trusted couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS), depending on your location, regional pricing, and the type of items you’ve purchased.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number and detailed shipping information. Some shipping providers may also send you additional updates directly.
All orders are shipped from our warehouses within the European Union. This means if you’re located in an EU country, you won’t need to pay any additional VAT or import taxes, even for items produced outside the EU.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, please note that you’ll be responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes, including VAT, which may be charged by your country’s customs authorities.

Backorders shipping time
Please, allow up to 5-20 additional business days (depending on the supplier and type of item) for the backordered items to be delivered to you. In those cases, we have to order your items directly from the supplier and receive them before we can ship them to you.
Shipping price
The cost of shipping is subject to change based on the country of shipment, preferred shipping method, and the size and type of the item. The complete shipping price will be visible to you during the checkout process.
